Town & Country Fires are not only based here in the UK they also source ‘best British steel’ from the UK too. The family run business was established in 1977 by the Thurlow family.
Town & Country Fire’s range of multi-fuel stoves and wood burners conform to EN regulations, come with a C.E Mark and are Hetas approved. The Little Thurlow stove is also a smoke exempt model within the range which DEFRA approve for use in smoke controlled areas.
With high efficiency ratings and air wash systems on all stoves in their range Town and country are truly a company at the top of their game within the industry.
Most of the stoves within the range are accurately cut using laser technology and bent into shape using a C.N.C Press. some stoves however are still made by hand from beginning to end, by skilled staff who have many years experience. The entire range are hand finished which includes sandblasting for deeper colour penetration.
We have the Dlaby and Little Thurlow on display at our fireplace showroom in Aylesham, Canterbury where you will be able to see the quality workmanship for yourself. The Dalby is a 5kw multi-fuel stove which we have on live display with remote control. The Little Thurlow which holds the family name is on cold display enabling you to see close up the craftsmanship that goes into making such a quality stove.
All the stoves and wood burners in this range would suit an array of décors and interiors. Some have a very traditional feel such as the Whisperdale or Bransdale, whereas the Welburn or Rosedale (pictured above) have traditional aspects with large glass area to the door which gives a modern twist.
These stoves come in black as standard or chose to upgrade to one of 12 other colours to suit your own tastes. An additional bonus to the Dalby, Caedmon and Byland is the ability to add a manual or remote controlled outside air kit.
